• Conversations: the messages you send and the replies you receive are stored against your account so the chat can remember the thread of your conversation.
• Subscription information: the status of your subscription and a link to your Stripe customer record.
• Usage data: basic technical data such as device and browser information needed to run the service.

How we use your information

• To provide the chat experience and maintain your conversation history.
• To manage your subscription, billing, and renewal.
• To respond to your support and account requests.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles payment securely, and we only receive confirmation of your subscription status. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal linked in the app.

AI replies

Alina's replies are generated by an AI language model trained to roleplay the Alina Kzer persona. They are not written by, or representative of, the real Alina Kzer, and they are stored on your account to keep your conversation continuous and private to you.

How we share your data

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that run the service:

• Stripe – to process subscription payments.
• Base44 – the platform that hosts the app database and backend.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the service.

Data retention

We keep your conversation history and account data while your account is active. You can delete your conversations at any time from the app, and you can request full deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

Your rights

You can access, export, or request deletion of your personal data. Subscription emails may be visible only to you. To make a request, contact us through the Contact page.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including access controls that keep your conversations private to your account. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Age requirement

The service is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, subscribe, or use the chat.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted here, with the date above reflecting the latest revision.
